RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@zanero.store to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  •        A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  •        We care about the quality of the products and services we provide and always strive to ensure our clients have the best possible experience. Refunds are only possible if the product or service has not been used and has retained its original condition. The fact of using a product or activating a service is considered confirmation of acceptance of its quality and the completion of the transaction. Once access to digital products or services has been provided, refunds are not possible, as they are considered delivered and activated. A product can only be returned if it has not been used, has retained its original appearance and packaging; if a product has been opened, activated, used, or shows signs of wear, refunds and exchanges are not available. The only exceptions are cases of documented manufacturing defects discovered before the product was used, in which case the return will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
